2. Our Services
We provide professional dry cleaning, laundry, ironing, and alteration services with free collection and delivery.
Our services include:
Dry Cleaning, Laundry & Ironing, Curtain Cleaning, Bedding & Duvet Cleaning, Wedding Dress Cleaning, Leather & Suede Cleaning, Alterations & Repairs, Uniform Cleaning, Hotel & Household Services, Towel Cleaning, Workwear Cleaning, Specialist Cleaning, Military Uniform Cleaning & Alterations, Groom’s Suit Cleaning, Dress Cleaning, and Children’s Wear Cleaning.
3. Service Areas
We proudly serve the following areas: Farnham, Aldershot, Farnborough, Tilford, Elstead, Tongham, Ash, and Wrecclesham.
4. Collection and Delivery
We offer collection and delivery only – no in-store service is available.
- Collections and deliveries can be arranged via our website, phone, or email.
- We currently do not provide same-day cleaning.
- Customers must ensure someone is available at the agreed address and time.
- Once items are delivered and confirmed, responsibility transfers to the customer.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Removing items from pockets and providing accurate cleaning instructions
- Ensuring garments are suitable for cleaning
We are not responsible for items left in pockets, accessories, or for damage resulting from incorrect or missing care labels.
6. Stain Removal
We make every reasonable effort to remove stains using safe, professional methods. However, some stains may be permanent or unsafe to treat further. We cannot guarantee full stain removal without risking damage to the fabric.
7. Damage and Loss
While every care is taken with all garments, our liability for lost or damaged items caused by our negligence is limited to ten times the cleaning charge for that item or its current value, whichever is lower.
8. Uncollected or Undeliverable Items
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or repeated failed attempts, we will hold items for up to 90 days. After this period, items may be donated or responsibly disposed of.
9. Payments and Pricing
- Prices are displayed on our website or provided upon request.
- Prices may change without notice.
- Payment is due before or upon delivery.
- All prices include VAT where applicable.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, delays, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to fire, flood, theft, or traffic delays).
11. Complaints and Feedback
If you have any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review and address your issue promptly and fairly.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
