How long does wedding dress cleaning take?
3–4 weeks from collection. If you need it back before then, tell us on WhatsApp 07494 223079.
How soon after the wedding should I send my dress?
As soon as you can. Champagne, sweat, perfume, makeup and grass can sit in the fabric even when you cannot see them, then yellow later. Older dresses are still welcome — we assess them first.
Will every stain come out?
We treat each mark carefully, but we cannot promise every stain will fully disappear. Age, fabric and how long a mark has been there all affect the result. After inspection we tell you what is realistic before cleaning starts.
What is the preservation box?
After cleaning, the dress can be packed in an archival box with acid-free tissue so it can be stored long-term. Do not keep a cleaned dress in a plastic bag in a loft or wardrobe — that can yellow and trap moisture. The box is £70, optional.
Can you clean vintage dresses or ones labelled “do not dry clean”?
Yes, we assess first. Some gowns need a gentler method than a standard dry-clean cycle. We only go ahead once you understand the quotation and the likely result.
What about beads, sequins and lace?
We inspect construction before cleaning. Sewn beadwork is handled differently from glued beads, which can be more fragile. If we see a risk, we contact you before we start.

How do I get the dress collected?
We collect within 30 miles of Farnham, including Guildford, Woking, Basingstoke, Reading, Camberley, Farnborough, Aldershot, Bracknell, Godalming, Haslemere and Fleet. Collection is free. Pack the dress loosely so the bodice is not crushed. If you are out, you can leave it with someone at the address — tell us when you book. Outside 30 miles, WhatsApp 07494 223079. We are based in Farnham; these are collection areas, not branches.
How much does it cost?
Simple gowns from £190. Beaded or heavily detailed gowns from £240. Veil £25. Underskirt £65. Both dress prices include free collection and return inside 30 miles. Final dress price is confirmed after we see the dress (or clear photos).
How can I pay?
Card, Apple Pay, bank transfer or cash. Most customers pay in advance. You can also pay when we deliver, if you prefer.
